Hello, community.
Could someone please assist e with the correct settings to broadcast? I would like to broadcast from the radio server to the virtualdj .com/broadcast site and the updjlink website. I have had no success with Jimmy, virtual DJ's support staff, and frankly feel he doesn't want to be better assistance than what is being offered by him to me. He won't tell what needs to be fixed just relating to articles that if were helpful I'd be broadcasting by now. So please help a DJ out. Thank you.

When you broadcast to the site here, YOUR computer is the radio server. In other words listeners needs to connect to YOUR computer (even if the media player itself is hosted at VirtualDJ site for ease of use).
For this to work, your computer must allow incoming connections, and this can sometimes be a challenge, depending on your network configuration, double nat (double routers), firewall etc.

And if your network is hard to make work, you can opt to broadcast TO a server instead.
This require little to no configurations for you.
And listeners connect to an external server, instead of your computer.
There are 1000s of web radios available, and many free ones. Can even host your own radio server.

Or alternatively, something that is popular, is broadcasting to social media.
You dont have to video mix for it, simply apply some visualization, wallpaper and your logo, or video skin etc for the visual part of it, and broadcast as a radio ..
