Hi I have bought a behringer bcd3000 that is second hand and it has no software but i have downloaded vdj 2022 update version i cant connect my controller for full feature use i want to use it for recording for now and get some parctice , on my system it has windows 8.1 desktop pc, installed drivers off behringer website , i had it fully working on master out then on next day it wasnt recognised like the ASIO audio or the sound card thats in the controller device. displaying on the windows audio not recogiged or the soundcard not available. it says on my second controller it has a sticker on it and says traktor LE enabled. basically iam not getting any features out of my controller like it wont operate in the software.

Maybe the behringer was taken as default sound card for windows.
Make sure its not in use by Windows, neither as playback nor recording device
