My request is to have customizable replies to requests that can be selected from the context menu where reply is located. The rationale for this is to make it easier to reply to the guests about their requests. This came to me because of teen event where I was replying:
1. "Sorry, No clean version available"
2. "What is the artist name?"
3. "Coming up soon"
I reply also at weddings and many times I am saying phrases like "Thank you for the request, I'll try to get it in", "Thank you for the request and the tip, much appreciated", etc. Canned responses that fire right off with no editing.
Templates would allow editing before sending; like "Thank you [name] for your request" or "[message]. Sorry [name], there is no clean version." A template may then fill in [name] and [message], but also allow us to edit the reply before sending.
