hi, have a dj console Hercules DJ Console MK2 with a CD that has a Virtual Dj (dj console).
The serial number is written on the cover, but is not accepted when installed. Virtual Dj does not accept the serial number.
I tried with a version from the site (Virtual DJ 2020), but again the console does not work.
Please advice what to do.

look in you account under my licenses and see if the code is registered there and copy and paste in software

First of all you need to go to the hercules web site and download/install the audio drivers and the reason the vdj code does not work is the fact the code was for vdjv7le which is no longer supported if vdj does not detect the console try different usb ports and follow on screen instructions for the audio and you need to purchase a licence for it a home only licence is available for $99 but other options are available.
