Topic: Output issue

When ever I'm playing in Club and Im using the same mixer or controller than the other, my output volume is alway lower then the other Dj who are playing with Serato. Is there a way to fix this ?

what is your zeroDB setting set to in VirtualDJ?

(and if its set to zero, I guess the other djs software might not be using autogain)
