I have a 2 DDJ-SX3's that we have purchased for our new furniture. I have downloaded all the firmware updates and installed all drivers. I have Pro Infinity account as well. After a while of using my controller it will lose a lot of it's button illumination and function. It acts like it's timing out?
Using a Dell Inspiron: AMD FX-9800P RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G 2.70 GHz

Might be a usb port/cable issue or power fluctuation at your power supply.
Btu try to set a bit higher buffer at the driver, so that it doesnt run out of data at least..
That can fix a lot of issues. You do so at the Pioneer driver utility program, set asio buffer to 256 or 512 samples.. .
https://www.resplendence.com/latencymon can also use this tool to check if any rogue background programs or processes interrupt and prevent real time audio
