I upgraded to VDJ 2021 from VDJ 8 at this time to get used to it before getting into DJ mode again. I have a subscription to IDJ Pool, a built in connection in the menu for Online Music. The music I downloaded is still there, and some are giving me a quote the download has expired. At appears after a year a download needs to be reloaded. It is asking me if I want to join IDJ??? The whole process of subscribing to IDJ Pool was within Virtual DJ, so I see no way to look up account and do things like linking it to the new software version.
FYI when I upgraded to VDJ 21 it left a shortcut to VDJ 8. I will need to figure out if I now have both versions on my computer, so it is just a ghost shortcut, but it appears that V8 was no taken off.

Check the License tab to make sure you are logged in with the right account and your subscription should be listed there.
