What is the script I can use to accomplish this, a song is playing, I want to restart the song but on sync so its on time, like a slip mode restart

thats the cue button behavior (and not hot cue).
Jumping to a cue point (at beginning of song) in beat, is easily done with just setting such a cue point and then clicking the hotcue 1 button (if default settings are on, that "quantizes" / snaps to beat)
