Topic: No connection to server

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

After a live show today I shut VDJ8 down. Went back later and it suddenly will not connect to Live365. Also the app shows it has been updated but it won't let me log in to use the update, even after using the new password they sent me. And my ticket to VDJ8 is not showing up on their tickets site.
Mac/Catalina. Any suggestions?
