Topic: Cannot connect mixer to second computer

I have a Pioneer DDJ SB3 and currently VD2020. I have purchased the home license. However I have backup computer which I want to use my mixer on. But the second computer does not appear to acknowledge the licence fully. All the functions a my mixer do not light up. Has anyone else have this problem with any other mixer?

Make sure you are logged in, inside the software, with same credentials as on website here ;-)
