Hi! i lost my serial number for my dj hercules universal dj. can i get a new one?

If you have regestered your controller when you first set up the software you should be able to find it in my account under my licences and you are asking for a new serial number you may have to hercules because VDJ will not give a new one as far as I know hope I have helped you.
