hello is there available a traktor s3 map?

no, there isn't.
 
so i guess i should checked better before i spent 399
 
probably, but that said with the traktor controller editor you have the full midi table right there.
 
S2 and S4 both have native mapping, so you could possibly use a copy from either as a starting point.

If you have the time, maybe George or Babis would be able to connect with you online and come up with something.
