Hi
I recently bought VDJ 2020, and tried to add an XML mapping file from a friend that we did on his laptop, but I couldn't find the mapper folder, or any other folder for that matter in my "my documents" folder. This folder isn't on my system disk C:, but on a data disk D:. Yet, VDJ did write all the files on C:.
Windows doesn't point to the folder on C anymore, so I have to go to it by hand in order to access the database, the mappings, etc...

Sounds like you need to install to c drive

you can change the home folder location.
