Topic: Unable to add new files to old virtual folders

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm running the latest early release version on Win 10.

My usual process with new files which are always in one new folder on my hard drive is to select them all, process them for BPM/key, then drag them into virtual folders.

I just noticed that I cannot drag new files into old virtual folders.

However, I created a new virtual folder and the operation was successful.

It's about 650 new files, all 320 KBPS MP3 files.

Thoughts?

Local drive. 64 bit version. Using the VDJ explorer.

So I tried the same operation with the 32 bit version that has not been upgraded to the latest early release and the operation was successful.

Did I find a bug?

Works here, both in 64 & 32 bit..
Will try some on other computers too, see if its possible to reproduce, but so far no issues

Got anything special going on with your /documents/ folder? Like some cloud backup, or OneDrive etc?
And check if you have write permission to the virtual folder files.. They are locate in /documents/virtualdj/folders
