Anyone ever see this one before?

Not seen that my end.
Did you do anything "unusual", like say copy from one computer to other, from pc to mac or similar?

Moved the files to an external drive. Nothing I haven't done before.

Could always try copy again, perhaps something got corrupted.
But not sure, not seen that error myself

Getting that error message on other files now. No rhyme or reason. Just seems to happen.
Any further insight?

Maybe this external drive is damaged?

Brand new 5TB spinner. Got about 7k files on it. 99.9% of them work just fine. Just seem to get that error on random files when booting. Usually its one or two each time.
Re-downloading seems to work, but the next time I boot, there is another error with a different file(s).

I'd still recommend running check disk then. Even new drives can be broken of course

Scanned and it still happens. Have you seen that error message before?

Any update here? It seems to just pick one random file at a time for the error. No rhyme or reason.
