i have pro licenz but my Reloop Touch controller display show only the sa,e what i do at my pc

Did it suddenly stop working or has it never worked? Is it setup according to the instructions: https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/reloop/touch/index.html?

Did you install the drivers?
