Hi, Fam!
I have difficulties seeing which deck is Master Deck (Pro Layout), the light grey and dark grey that the word "MASTER" appears on screen don´t distinguish sufficiently for my old eyes.
Any Idea where in the skin (file?) I can change the color of the active "MASTER" indicator to something like amber/orange/yellow or red?

Yes you can change the colorselected constant of the master deck buttons in the pro.xml file in the default skin to one of the other text color constants - like for instance:
colorselected="textbright"
You need to changes it in 4 places - one for each deck
That gives you this result
If that is not enough you can create your own constant in the top with each own color code - for instance a purple one (code: ff00ff) - and then use the new one in the 4 places
Then you get something like this:
