I have remote skin with a button that changes the sampler mode when pressed

The icon is supposed to change to represent the sample mode that is current, however it stays on "start/stop", the sampler mode however does change, it's just the icon that doesn't, I created an exact duplicate button on the main skin and the icon changes correctly as I would expect.
It also doesn't change on the "Remote 8 Default Skin" so is this a bug?
