Hi Guys.
Hope someone can help here. So I upgraded to VDJ 2020 and am having issues playing my Xtendamix video files. The music is playing fine but No video playing on either the preview screen or the popup screen.
(NOT TRIED ON A SEPERATE VIDEO SOURCE YET)
Hopefully I am being stupid and am missing something.
Karaoke files work fine and the video screen displays the karaoke words.

Try this ... using the default skin with Pro layout
If you load a video start it playing, then go to the Video tab (centre of the screen, Audio/Video/Scratch/Master)
does the preview screen say "Master Video click to activate"?
Right click on it and choose Preview Only

The possible reason is an outdated/not supported GPU - not dx11/10-2 complient - and VDJ x64
- only cdg karaoke, slide show & cover & some transparent videos working is a sign
The solution in this case is to download 32bit version of VDJ again
