I raised this on the Facebook Page last night, and Rune responded, but I thought I'd log it here as well.
It appears that although you can tick the box "Accept Admin Requests", there is no way for people to actually make the request.
I'd also like a way of not having to tick this option and to invite specific users to be a Cloud List admin.
