Topic: No serial number

My husband has this program on his computer. It's just now asking for a serial number . How can he get the program up and going?

Which version is he using? has he logged into his account via the application , which hardware are you using, how did you purchase the licence ? did it come free with the controller (in which case look for a sticker on the underside ) or did you purchase via the VirtualDJ Shop ?
