never had this issue with my old laptop it was 2013 Mac pro 15 inch. just few hr ago on my new laptop vdj just froze on me no audio no response from the equipment i look like dumb ass in front every one in club lucky i had my mac pro just in case. but this a common issue stutter after i play few songs or slow down with out reason on new laptop. the CPU show normal when am using vdj i need to find a fix to this issue or an idea that might work here are some thing i have try
1. download all audio driver from pioneer dj website
2.bought an new HD
3. trying adjust ASIO setting
am think to down grade to old version of VDJ it might fix this issue
or it might be how its connect to laptop because am using a power USB that cdj are plug in too but the mixer is not connect to the laptop

Make sure all your drivers are updated from Dell's website
Remove any Dell bloatware and make sure windows is updated.
Dell has a bad reputation for bad drivers when it comes to real time audio
