I use v8.4-64 b5350, win 10, default skin with PRO layout page.
1. I point mouse over deck waveform and a small rectangle with text like "01:13/02:55" appears under the waveform. I move the mouse away, but a piece of that rectangle remains on screen and starts to blink very fast (near the FX slider).
2. I start prelisten player to play a song with quite long artist name. And place mouse over the green player bar. A rectangle with time/title/artist/year appears. When I put mouse away, the very right part of that rectangle remains on the screen (also blinking very fast).
It was very annoying and I reverted to 5308.

Thanks for the option, never seen it before. But it hides them at all.

I got this with some previous builds as well, experimentalSkinEngine off helpped
some tooltips & info stay visible under actual buttons and some goes on raising/disapearing when mouse moved
looks like draw again at mouse position before erasing wrong one :/
with touchscreen they never erase, like waiting for a mouse out
