I'm getting myself prepared for a future beatset and I been having issues with virtual dj.
It each time I play a track the tempo syncs up with the track that's playing and I don't want that to happen considering I'm playing music at the tempo I made it I don't want to be slowed nor fast in any way how can I fix this?

I believe that's the default behaviour in starter mode in virtualDJ 2020.
The system will automatically take away some of the assistance features if you switch to another mode,
or you can turn off the "MixAssist" button.

It's probably the Auto Sync on Play feature (previous known as smart play)
You can get to it in several different ways - like here for instance (on the pro skin):
