Hi. Yesterday I got my new DDJ 1000 and bought directly the license of Virtual DJ. But the controller recognizes everything, but the sound card was not recognized by my Macbook Air. How can I solve this problem? I would be very happy about an answer.

Did you install the driver?

You need to install the driver. Also (since you're using a MAC) you need to allow the driver to run (from System Preferences -> Security & Privacy)
