Cases support in translations have issues at least with latin unicode characters:

When "video" translate to "vidéo" in french making it uppercase may becomes "VIDEO" in fr.fr and fr.be locales or "VIDÉO" in fr.ca locale and other, even fr.fr allowing it thus .fr global may may use it. Instead some (not all) titles are wrongly converted to "VIDéO" which is wrong for all locales

By places convertion to uppercase works, by other places same convertion fails

i.e.: "<YouHaveBeenUpdated>Vous avez été mis à jour!</YouHaveBeenUpdated>
Dialog uppercase title becomes "VOUS AVEZ éTé MIS à JOUR"

As this one can directly being convert uppercase in translated xml file some others like "video" can't as they are used uppercased and capitalized or lowcased

I took french as example as i use it, but the same apply to other latin languages

well, ok it's cosmetic but ...
