Topic: Jogwheel speed change?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hey all,
It's been a long time since I've A) been on here B) used VDJ. Just started a new door to door sales job and happened to luck out with finding a Numark DJ2GO for dirt cheep. Everything is basic and perfect on it however I can't deal with how slow the jogwheels react. I've looked around but I'm also very tired so I may have missed it. How do I change the reaction speed of the jog wheels so they cover more ground with their smaller size/movements?

Hi, type "jog" in options, it will be one of the sensitivities.

Ok thanks for that one figured. Now, whenever I’m letting go of the jog wheel it still hangs for a split second or so. Can someone tell me what specific parameter that is? I’ve tried them all and it doesn’t seem to change the reaction.

You cant have instant playback resume reaction on release with the jogwheel of the Numark DJ2GO. Reason is that they are not touch sensitive, so the track will resume playback when the jogs are completely stopped (not moving at all).
In most cases, you would want to have the jogs set at CD mode (not Vinyl)
