So I have a pioneer cdj-400 left n right and Hdj 400 pioneer mixer.
I got master output from the mixer going into the line-in of a numark sound card device which connects to my pc by USB
I want my pioneer mixer output to go through my pc which then comes out of the stereo sound system I have connected
It seems that only left and right deck come out but if I use my mixer it doesn't change anything for the sound output
I'm so confused

You're not the only one!
There's no such thing as a HDJ-400 Pioneer mixer. The HDJ prefix is for their headphone range. Pioneer mixers are always DJM-something.
I also don't get why you're involving a PC at all, when you have standalone gear. Surely the mixer output could go straight to the speakers.
You say "only left and right come out" - are you referring to decks or audio channels? What else are you expecting to "come out"?
If you use your mixer it "doesn't change anything" - what are you expecting to change?
You need to provide much more detail about what you're using, how you have it connected and what you're trying to do. How is VDJ involved? Is it involved?
