Using VDJ8 on a macbook pro 15' 8 Gb DDR3 ram I7 core and numark mixtrak titanium - when playing with virtual DJ8 the headphone volume (0.5 setup) is very low and does not allowe me to work efficiently when performing ... so i tried to put setup to 0.55 and even to 1 .... the volume goes UP but the sound is often skippy and it's now very frustrating.. did someone have the same problem somewhere ? and is ther a solution .. ? ? ?

You mean the Mixtrack Platinum? I don't think Numark make anything called Titanium.
In my opinion this is a controller intended for home use, and so of course the outputs are not going to be pro level (it has RCA for the master which confirms this).
You could try using different headphones. Some are more efficient than others, and there are many different impedances which affect how well they pair with the controller.
