Ran into a problem, I can't remove a sample file from a virtual folder, Only option is delete and don't want to delete a sample I actively use.
How do I remove this sample file from a VF?

I think you need to read the VDJ 8 manual - particularly the part about virtual folders.
"A virtual folder contains a collection of shortcuts to the files and not the actual files themselves.

That removes the file. It doesn't physically remove the file from the system.
It's not possible from within VDJ to delete a file physically with a single key press (although some people, me included, wish that it would be possible).

Okay, I was able to remove the file with the keyboard delete key from the folder only..

One confusing thing I will say is that when you highlight multiple file names within a virtual folder and right click you have the option to remove, but if you have a sample file contained within, the option is to delete as per my first post..
