....and virtual DJ just disappeared! I had to go back to a restore point and now I’ve got it back. The reason I wanted to roll back is because the cpu meter keeps bumping in 3-4 bars of green and the yellow and red when playing music, music videos, shaders etc. I tried to rollback to 4489 and it totally disappeared from my windows 10 Lenovo Flex 5. Now that I have 4490 back, I’m not sure if I should use it on a gig!

How did you install an the older build? It shouldn't just disappear.

Rename the exe file first. Then you shouldn't get that kind of problem. And you will end up with both versions so you can switch between them if you like

When you install over an existing install when you roll back, it silently uninstalls the previous one and then quits. If you run the installer again then it should install.
The installer needs to be fixed with options like backup, overwrite or uninstall previous version or at least let you know what is going on.
