How do I delete sound effects I don't want? I've tried to delete some but they come back. Please don't tell me to search for my answer as I tried. Thank you.

Unless effects are separately downloaded then they are default in the program and can't be deleted.
You can right click to "ignore" the ones you don't want and they will be put in an ignore folder instead
