I don't think that is a midi enabled mixer.
In that case it can't "talk" directly with a DJ software like VDJ

Maybe he wants an external mixer license, so he can feed each deck output to the mixer channels separately?
It would also require a suitable audio interface though.

The mixer is working but for 10 minutes so i would like to buy the licence but this brand is not in the mixer list

With what VDJ settings? Is it configured for "external mixer"?
If it is, then an external mixer license is for any external mixer. There's no need for a license specifically for that model.
