Hello I'm hoping I can get some help. I am running VDJ 8 2018 on a mid 2015 MBP i7 2.5 ghz, 16gb, 500gb hd, and a pioneer ddj sx2. My issue is this, since the last two vdj updates the backspin feature produces no sound, regardless if used on the jog wheels or using the button on the laptop. This is the same whether the controller is connected, or vdj is being operated on the mac only. Is this intentional or am I doing something wrong. Thank you in advance for any assistance.

Go to settings and go to vinyl setting make sure it on, and set smart scratch to on. Problem solved.
