The play buttons only appear if the tracks on the playlist are recognised commercial releases.
Obviously if the tracks are mixes made by you, then the website is not going to recognise the track names.
There are also copyright issues. When you buy music (assuming you did), you only acquire the right to play it. Not to record it, modify it (put it in a mix) or distribute it (upload it to the web). So strictly speaking, what you have done is illegal.
