live feedback works fine when just using software when i use controller (MC6000mk2) it doesn't show up its ticked as on in settings

I believe it is because the denon uses a hardware mixer to mix the sound.
So it is not possible for VDJ to know which deck is live and therefore not able to provide feedback.

MC6000 Mk2 is software mix. Only the Mk1 has hardware control.

When your controller is connected, the volume faders and cross-fader on the screen are following your controller movement?

Are you using a custom mapping for your controller. If so, do you still have it with factory default mapper?
