For what purpose, like closing dialogue boxes etc?
I'm honestly not sure, but I can see how that would be useful (maybe a new script close_dialogue)

Since March 2016:
-browser_folder can act as escape button for load
If that's what you're asking for....
For the rest dialogues, not here are no shortcuts...
(PS: browser_enter acts as Enter button for load as well)

Is it not possible via VDJ's mapping (the mapping translates the controller data into keyboard language)?
So the controller sends (say) IWantToEscape and the mapping in VDJ performs the "IWantToEscape in MIDI = Escape in HID"
