Hello, i just buy pioneer ddj-sb2, but can i use virtual dj 8 pro for that. Or need i serato dj

Yes, you can. But you will need to purchase a license.
Without a license VirtualDj will operate with DDJ-SB2 only for 10 minutes at each launch of the software.
