Have a good look around the VDJ setup options in the video section, all settings. You can also vary its size and position. It may also be possible to specify your own, but I've never tried.

Yes you can remove the logo, and even add your own. Type logo into the search field in configurations. There is also a Showlogo8 in the plug in section, which will be activated via the video effects tab.
