Do you mean on this page? Or on pages like Soundcloud and Mixcloud?
And is your issue with recording the mix? Or that your recordings can't be be uploaded or aren't accepted?

Unable how?
Do you have a recorded mp3 file that works when you play it locally?
If you have that, everything works as it should in VDJ

In that case you just need to sign up for a place to host your mix.
Like mixcloud.com
Once you have signed up, just click the upload button and choose the local mp3 file to upload it

please. some one explain exactly how, if its even possible, to upload a mix to Soundcloud.

do I have to covert the saved song I made to mp3 format? if so how do I do that?

when I attempt uploading my songs it permanently says "file is being processed" and wont ever upload.

From what you've written, it seems like you already know how to upload. If you're seeing the "processing" info then you've obviously got past that stage.

As for the format to use, that info can be found on the SoundCloud help page.

How long is "permanently"? You say it's a mix, but then you say your songs. Which is it?

If it's a long DJ mix then obviously it'll take longer to process than short single songs.

IMO it's a bad idea to upload copyrighted material (like a DJ mix) to SoundCloud as it'll probably get taken down.
