bought content unlimited.. and karaoke package.....unable to use content unlimited or karaoke package...be nice if there was a number to call in figure this out..also on profile does not show my unlimited content lis. just karaoke package.....

Your account shows an active Content Unlimited Karaoke package.
You also have a Pro license and Content Unlimited Video package against the account frenchyspub.
Your best bet to get things sorted will be to contact support via Live Chat or Ticket.
