Boy am I finding them today.
load a 4 deck skin, fill the effect slots, switch to a two deck skin, close vdj, reopen, switch back to the 4 deck skin and your deck3-4 slots are empty

Confirmed it here as well but only with the default skin.
With Fruity V8 this does not happen.

Interesting. Could be a simple lack of a persistant @ on FX slots 3 & 4.
