Hi there downloaded VDJ 7 from the site and it doesn't give me the option to put in the serial code or a language option when it's installed is there a problem with the download?. i'v etried it on two different computers and no joy, Running Windows 10 btw

make sure you download it from your "My Account" tab My Licenses. Your sn# is also listed there.

That's where I'm DL it from Magic, thing is when I've DL'd it and open it up it opens straight into the "free home " version and gives me no oppertunity to insert the SN, it seems to be "locked" to the free version somehow?I'm wondering if there is something with Windows 10 that's preventing it?

contact support cause they are the only one can help you now. Maybe the DL Link from your account is pointing to the HOME version of VDJ7.
