Topic: BUILD 3286 (2016-06-24) effect slot state will not revert from video effects in middle and bottom slot on decks

went so far as to completely uninstall to see if it was a skin issue or something and it does this on two computers (win10)
these are the only slots affected - top effect slot and master effect are fine and will go back to audio
