Hi was wanting to know if the mxr10 will work with two v7's

It's a mixer. It'll work with any audio source - or is that not what you meant?
 
Yes just wanted to control the crossfader on virtual dj
 
You don't need to control the "pretend" crossfader if you have a real one (on the 10MXR). The VDJ setup for the 10MXR is external mixer.
 
If you mix video, then a mixer with MIDI is useful. But to answer to your original Q, yes you can combine any kind of supported controllers, including the V7s and the MXR series too
