Topic: Headphone cue not working djm-s9

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm unable to hear any sound from the headphone cue CH1 and CH2. I have the sound thru the master and the headphone when the crossfader is on the CH1 or CH2 but nothing when trying to cue the music. I have windows 10 Pro Intel Core i7-3630QM CPU @ 2.40GHz 8GB 64-bit operating system. I'm using Virtual DJ 8.1. I know that Virtual DJ 8.1 don't have an official mapping for the control however it works. It's just the headphone just stopping.

On sound config you need to select "External Mixer" setup, NOT "Master + Headphones"

It's already selected.

Problem solved. It was the script that I use for the crossfader mapping that was the problem.
