Topic: Controller not connected - strange signs

Hi!

I have question. I have also a picture. Virtual DJ 8 shows that Mixtrack Pro 3 is connected (lights are on but buttons dont work in Audio section). In controller section I cant see my controller, only a strange symbol (in picture). I have Mac.

Can you tell whats the problem?
