How do I set this up with 8?? It keeing grabbing the ones I don't wanna use.

Pin open the transitions selection window and create a folder called Ignore. Drag and drop the transitions you don't want used into there :)

1 more thing, can you help with a script that unlinks the video crossfader from the crossfader and turns on your auto transition plugin and vice versa??

No problem. I completely forgot btw, you can just right click > ignore for your original question!
 
Haha yeah I got the transition part figured out.

And I just love the fact I can shut the auto trans off when I scratch and turn it back on when I need it smooth!! So badass!!

Can I get the "Random Transitions" turned off as well?? So when AutoVideo Transition is enabled Id like the Random Transitions to active aswell.
 
Can I please get the script to turn off/on random transitions??

I tries a few different things but nothing worked.
