When doing Analyze VDJ heats up my pc to terminal levels, it wasnt like this before.

The scan was changed in one of the recent builds. Maybe that has something to do with this.

Scan now uses all available cores (on machines with more than 2 cores) in order to scan more quickly. This means that the scan will end up much sooner but it may also heat-up your system a little bit. If it heats up a lot this means that your laptop suffers from cooling. If it's an older machine I would check if the heatsinks, fans and ventilation airways are not clogged by dust.
