Topic: HERCULES RMX2 ISSUES - MICROPHONE NOT WORKING

I am using the Hercules RMX2 controller with VDJ8 LIMITED EDITION which came with the controller. Everything is fine apart from the microphone aspect of the RMX2. I can't get any sound through the mic. What might be the problem? I bought Audio Technica at2020 mic and Fender's xlr mic cable to connect it to rmx2 controller. Controller is the only place i can currently plug this microphone.
